Whats up everyone, thanks for checking out my site. For those interested in more about me, I thought I’d share my story briefly.
My name is Carlos Bonett and as you probably read, poker and roulette are my two favorite casino games. I’ve made thousands in poker tournaments online and consistently grind out about $200-300 monthly with roulette…only because I don’t play it as much as I’d like…and that’s mostly because I keep very busy, but also because my girlfriend can only take the casino maybe once or twice a month.
Not long ago, however, I was a bit intimidated by casino games like roulette…it seemed to have too many colors and numbers and probably too many rules too. But that’s actually not the case, as I quickly learned by winning nearly $3,000 over the span of two weeks with one simple roulette strategy.
Before that I was working at a sandwich shop and barely made $1,000 a month! It wasn’t long before I quit that job and started dabbling more in poker and roulette…cautiously of course. I haven’t looked back since.
Of course, before learning how to win at roulette, I first had to learn how to play roulette. Therefore, you’re going to see articles written about roulette basics here as well. We all have to start somewhere.
That’s me and my girlfriend on the left in the lobby of our hotel at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. That was my first trip to Vegas and I left up a little over $500 on roulette…not bad considering I only went with a $100 roulette budget.
By the way, Las Vegas shows can be pretty expensive if you ever go (but well worth it, David Copperfield and Cirque Du Soleil were ridiculous) so I purposely went with a bankroll of just a few hundred…that way I didn’t have to risk much and I was pretty certain I would leave up in my first visit to Sin City….and it always feels good to beat the casinos…especially Vegas, trust me!
Anyway, back to my story for a bit…
I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors degree in Communication. In my free time I design websites and love watching the NBA and playing basketball.
Like you, I also have a day job (call me cautious) because I would be lying if I said everyone can make a living playing roulette.
Honestly though, if you have decent bank roll to start with and play roulette strategically and patiently (especially at the online casinos that have vulnerabilities that can be exploited) you can make an excellent stream of income from roulette. But I’ll keep it real…I’m not a huge gambler. I’m happy with just having a good time, a free night out, and putting some extra cash in my pocket now and then…and that’s what I hope you will achieve as well.
On a final note, good luck to all you new players. Roulette to me, is the most exciting game at the casino (Craps is fun too but it’s way too complicated for the average player and nearly impossible to “manipulate”)
